?1. Booting dari USB

Colok USB ke laptop/PC.

Restart komputer.

Masuk ke BIOS/Boot Menu (biasanya tekan salah satu tombol ini saat startup: F2, F10, F12, Esc, atau Del).

Pilih USB sebagai boot device utama.

Komputer akan mulai membaca USB bootable Linux.


2. Pilihan Saat Booting

Setelah masuk, biasanya akan muncul pilihan:

Try Linux Without Installing (Live Mode)

? Linux jalan langsung dari USB tanpa install ke harddisk. Cocok untuk mencoba atau memperbaiki sistem.

Install Linux

? untuk mulai instalasi permanen ke harddisk/SSD.


3. Jika Pilih Install Linux

Langkah umumnya (contoh Ubuntu/Linux Mint):

Pilih bahasa ? klik Continue.

Hubungkan ke WiFi (opsional).


Pilih tipe instalasi:

Erase Disk and Install Linux ? hapus semua isi harddisk dan pasang Linux (hati-hati, data hilang).

Install Alongside (Dual Boot) ? Linux diinstal bersama Windows.

Something Else ? partisi manual.

Atur zona waktu.

Buat username & password.

Klik Install Now ? tunggu sampai selesai.


4. Setelah Install

Cabut USB.

Restart komputer.

Linux siap dipakai
