cara service hp yang rusak bagian cas

1. Diagnosis Awal

  • Cek charger dan kabel terlebih dahulu (pastikan bukan masalah di adaptor/kabel).

  • Tes dengan charger dan kabel lain.

  • Perhatikan gejala:

    • HP sama sekali tidak mengisi daya.

    • Mengisi daya tapi lambat.

    • Harus dipegang atau dimiringkan supaya mau ngecas.

    • Ada tanda “charging” tapi baterai tetap berkurang.

2. Pemeriksaan Fisik Port Cas

  • Gunakan lampu senter untuk melihat apakah port kotor atau longgar.

  • Cek apakah ada debu atau karat di dalam port.

  • Gunakan sikat halus atau pinset kecil untuk membersihkan (hati-hati agar tidak merusak pin).

3. Pemeriksaan dan Pembersihan

  • Matikan HP.

  • Bersihkan port cas dengan contact cleaner atau alkohol isopropil 96%.

  • Jika pin bengkok, bisa diluruskan pelan-pelan dengan pinset.

4. Pembongkaran & Penggantian Port

(Untuk teknisi atau yang paham bongkar HP)

  • Lepas casing belakang, baterai (jika bisa dilepas), dan bagian pelindung PCB.

  • Cek jalur konektor charger di papan utama.

  • Jika port rusak patah/longgar, lakukan desolder port lama.

  • Pasang port baru dengan solder uap atau hot air.

  • Pastikan jalur kaki port tersolder sempurna.

5. Pemeriksaan Jalur & IC Charger

  • Jika setelah ganti port tetap tidak bisa, cek:

    • Fuse atau dioda proteksi.

    • IC charger (mengatur masuknya arus).

  • Ganti komponen jika ditemukan rusak.

6. Perakitan & Uji Coba

  • Rakit kembali HP.

  • Uji dengan charger original.

  • Pantau apakah baterai bertambah dengan normal.

???? Catatan Penting

  • Kalau belum berpengalaman solder komponen kecil, sebaiknya bawa ke teknisi HP karena jalur port cas sangat kecil dan mudah rusak.

  • Hindari penggunaan charger palsu/bertegangan tinggi karena bisa merusak IC charger.
