PROSES PERBAIKAN :


1. Cek Kondisi Nozzle

-Nyalakan printer.

-ke komputer > Devices and Printers

-Klik kanan pada printer > Printing Preferences

-Pilih tab Maintenance > Klik Nozzle Check

-Cetak dan lihat hasilnya:

-Jika hasil putus-putus ? lanjut ke Head Cleaning


2. Lakukan Head Cleaning (Via Software)

-Masih di tab Maintenance.

-Klik Head Cleaning > Ikuti instruksi.

-Setelah selesai, ulangi Nozzle Check.

-Ulangi maksimal 3 kali (jangan terlalu sering agar tidak merusak head).


3. Jika Tidak Berhasil ? Cleaning Manual

Jika head cleaning software tidak berhasil, lakukan manual cleaning:


A. Melalui Jalur Tinta (Suntikan)

-Buka casing printer (bagian atas).

-Geser cartridge ke tengah.

-Lepas cartridge tinta.

-Pasang selang kecil ke nozzle head.

-Suntikkan sedikit cairan pembersih (secukupnya).

-Biarkan 15–30 menit agar tinta lama larut.

Jangan menyemprot terlalu keras, bisa merusak head.


B. Melalui Kain Basah

-Ambil tisu bersih, lipat tebal 2–3 lapis.

-Basahi sedikit dengan cairan pembersih.

-Letakkan di bawah tempat nozzle head (di rel kertas).

-Geser head ke atas tisu.

-Diamkan 30 menit agar tinta kering terserap.


4. Pasang Kembali Cartridge dan Uji Coba

-Pasang kembali cartridge seperti semula.

-Jalankan kembali Nozzle Check dan Head Cleaning jika perlu.


5. Jika Tetap Tidak Keluar ? Ganti Printhead

-Bisa jadi printhead sudah rusak parah ? perlu diganti.

-Disarankan ke service center resmi Epson.
