1. Persiapan Alat & Bahan

-Obeng set presisi

-Spudger atau plastik opening tool

-Pinset

-Solder & timah halus

-Kabel jumper tipis (email wire)

-Multimeter (untuk cek jalur)

-Schematic diagram / layout PCB Samsung A04e (jika ada)

-Flux (untuk mempermudah penyolderan)


2. Bongkar HP

-Matikan HP dan lepaskan SIM tray.

-Buka back cover menggunakan opening tool.

-Lepaskan semua baut yang menahan penutup mesin (midframe).

-Hati-hati lepaskan konektor baterai sebelum melanjutkan.


3. Identifikasi Modul Buzzer

-Pada Samsung A04e, buzzer biasanya berada di bagian bawah PCB (menyatu dengan loudspeaker module).

-Lepas modul buzzer dan periksa kondisi fisik (kotor, berkarat, retak).


4. Tes Buzzer

-Gunakan multimeter mode buzzer/ohm.

-Tempelkan probe ke terminal buzzer.

-Jika tidak ada bunyi atau nilai resistansi tidak normal ? buzzer rusak.

-Jika buzzer normal tapi suara di HP tetap hilang, berarti jalur PCB bermasalah.


5. Cek Jalur Buzzer

-Gunakan schematic/layout PCB untuk mengetahui jalur positif (+) dan ground (-) buzzer.

-Biasanya jalur positif menuju IC audio atau konektor fleksib

-Gunakan multimeter mode continuity untuk cek apakah jalur terhubung.

-Jika jalur putus ? lakukan jumper.


6. Proses Jumper

-Bersihkan titik solder yang akan dihubungkan.

-Oleskan flux di titik jalur yang rusak.

-Gunakan kabel jumper tipis untuk menghubungkan titik dari terminal buzzer ke titik jalur yang sehat (bisa langsung ke IC audio atau pin konektor).

-Pastikan solder rapi dan tidak menyentuh komponen lain.


7. Perakitan & Tes

-Pasang kembali modul buzzer.

-Sambungkan baterai lalu nyalakan HP.

-Tes suara dengan memutar musik atau ringtone.

-Jika normal, matikan HP lalu rakit kembali semua bagian.
