PROSES PERBAIKAN :


1. Matikan HP
Pastikan HP benar-benar mati sebelum mulai.


2. Lepaskan SIM Tray
Gunakan ejector SIM untuk mengeluarkan SIM card tray.



3. Buka Back Cover
Gunakan spudger atau pick plastik untuk membuka penutup belakang.
Panaskan pinggiran back cover dengan hair dryer (jika sulit dibuka).



4. Lepaskan Baterai (Jika Perlu)
Buka pelindung konektor baterai (biasanya pakai obeng).
Cabut konektor baterai untuk mencegah korsleting.



5. Lepaskan Konektor LCD
Buka pelindung konektor fleksibel LCD.
Cabut fleksibel LCD lama dari motherboard.



6. Lepaskan LCD Lama
Panaskan bagian depan HP untuk melemahkan lem LCD.
Gunakan pick plastik untuk mengangkat LCD perlahan dari frame.
Hati-hati agar tidak merusak fleksibel lainnya.



7. Pasang LCD Baru
Jika LCD tanpa frame:
Bersihkan sisa lem di frame lama.
Oleskan lem B7000 di sisi frame.
Tempel LCD baru dengan presisi.



Jika LCD dengan frame:
Pindahkan komponen seperti kamera atau sensor ke frame baru (jika ada).
Sambungkan kembali ke motherboard.



8. Sambungkan Kembali Fleksibel LCD dan Baterai
Pastikan konektor LCD dan baterai terpasang sempurna.
Coba nyalakan HP untuk mengetes fungsi LCD.



9. Pasang Kembali Semua Bagian
Tutup konektor dengan pelindung.
Pasang kembali back cover.
Masukkan kembali SIM tray.
