Pastikan kabel power dan stopkontak berfungsi (tes dengan perangkat lain).
Cek adaptor (untuk All-in-One/Small Form Factor) atau PSU (untuk PC Tower) pakai tester PSU atau ganti dengan PSU yang pasti normal.
Jika ada tombol switch voltage di PSU (110/220V), pastikan di posisi yang benar.
Cabut kabel power.
Tekan & tahan tombol power 15–20 detik (untuk mengosongkan listrik statis).
Colok kembali dan coba nyalakan.
Lenovo biasanya punya kode beep atau kedipan lampu untuk menunjukkan kerusakan.
Contoh:
1 beep panjang + 2 beep pendek ? masalah VGA.
Terus beep pendek ? RAM tidak terbaca.
Kalau ada beep atau LED code, cari di manual “Lenovo POST Error Codes”.
Matikan PC, cabut kabel power.
Lepas RAM, bersihkan pin tembaga dengan penghapus karet.
Pasang lagi, atau coba ganti slot.
Kalau ada 2 RAM, tes satu per satu.
Pastikan masalah bukan di layar.
Coba monitor lain atau ganti kabel VGA/HDMI/DP.
Cabut kabel power.
Lepas baterai CMOS (baterai koin CR2032) ±5 menit lalu pasang lagi.
Atau cari jumper CLR_CMOS di motherboard Lenovo dan pindahkan sesuai petunjuk.
Lepas semua perangkat tambahan (HDD/SSD, kartu grafis, USB, WiFi card) ? coba nyalakan hanya dengan motherboard + RAM + CPU.
Kalau nyala normal (beep karena tidak ada storage), berarti salah satu perangkat tambahan rusak.
Kalau semua langkah di atas tidak berhasil, kemungkinan:
PSU rusak (untuk PC Tower).
Motherboard short / chipset rusak.
CPU bermasalah.
BIOS corrupt (bisa di-flash ulang dengan USB BIOS Recovery).
