1. Persiapan Alat & Bahan

-Obeng presisi (+ dan -)

-Plastik opening tool / spudger

-Kartu tipis (bekas kartu ATM, dll.)

-Hair dryer / heat gun (untuk melunakkan lem)

-Pinset

-LCD pengganti original/kompatibel

-Double tape LCD (jika tidak pakai lem B7000)

-Lem B7000 / T7000 (opsional)

-Sarung tangan anti-statis (opsional)


2. Matikan HP & Lepas SIM Tray

-Matikan HP total.

-Keluarkan SIM tray untuk menghindari tersangkut saat membuka cover.


3. Buka Back Cover

-Panaskan bagian pinggir back cover menggunakan heat gun ± 60–80°C selama 1–2 menit.

-Gunakan opening tool atau kartu tipis untuk mengungkit perlahan di sela-sela back cover.

-Lakukan secara perlahan agar kaca back cover tidak retak.


4. Lepas Baut & Penutup Mesin

-Lepaskan semua baut pada pelindung PCB (midframe).

-Buka pelindung bagian baterai dan konektor LCD.

-Penting: Lepaskan konektor baterai terlebih dahulu untuk keamanan.


5. Lepas LCD Lama

-Panaskan bagian depan layar (pinggiran LCD) dengan heat gun.

-Gunakan kartu tipis untuk memisahkan LCD dari frame.

-Hati-hati di bagian fleksibel LCD agar tidak robek jika ingin mempelajari posisinya.


6. Pasang LCD Baru

-Bersihkan sisa lem di frame.

-Tempelkan double tape atau oleskan lem B7000 tipis-tipis di sisi frame.

-Pasang LCD baru, sambungkan fleksibel LCD ke konektor di PCB.

-Tekan perlahan di sisi-sisi layar agar lem menempel rata.


7. Pasang Kembali Komponen

-Sambungkan kembali konektor baterai.

-Pasang kembali pelindung PCB dan kencangkan semua baut.

-Pasang back cover (gunakan lem/double tape jika perlu).

-Pasang SIM tray kembali.


8. Tes Fungsi

-Nyalakan HP.

-Tes sentuhan (touchscreen), tampilan warna, dan sensor.

-Jika semua normal, berarti penggantian LCD berhasil.
